From The Children's Director
COMPASS is the name of the Children’s Ministry at OBC…Helping kids find the True North. Our theme verse is John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.
On
Sunday morning we offer a curriculum called Faith Weaver to our preschool and elementary children. The advantage of this curriculum is all age groups will be learning the same lesson each week. Faith Weaver provides many ideas for parents to help their children apply what they learn in Sunday school throughout the week at home.
On
Wednesday evening we offer Awana. Cubbies for our preschool, Sparks for kindergarten through second grade and T&T for third through fifth grade. Awana has three components, a bible story, bible verse learning and game time.
As you can see there is a lot happening for children at OBC! We invite you to join us as we search for truth found only in God's Word. It is an amazing journey...travel with us.
