PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:

To seek to fulfill Christ’s mission by encouraging women with a sense of belonging to God and each other, enabling women in becoming all they are to be in Christ, and equipping women for blessing others with love, grace, and truth of Jesus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Sharing Christ with those who do not know Him, Strengthening Christians who do, and fervently praying for each ministry opportunity.

2.  To keep a balance between being ministered to and ministering to others by:

• Confronting women with the love of Jesus through outreach.
  
• Ministering to the needs of our women.
  
• Helping woman develop their God-given potential as persons of value in their homes, church, and community.
  
• Involving women in creative service under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

3.  To bring together women of all ages and at all stages of life for the purpose of  edification and service opportunities.  As women grow and mature in godliness, they are better equipped to nurture and serve in their families, to enrich the church, and to evangelize their communities. 

THE ULTIMATE GOAL:

To grow in our relationship with the Lord, to serve Him with our Christian sisters, and to minister to the world around us.
